Select a challenging leadership issue(s) currently facing school leaders (teachers and administrators) in your community. After briefly describing the scenario, write a response (7-10 pages) to this particular situation with reference to the ISLLC standards as well as each of the required readings. The response should include your analysis of the situation integrating required readings and should imaginatively propose possibilities for action. In other words, how do the course readings inform the issue? APA format. Bring four (4) copies of this paper with you. You must turn the papers in when you arrive on campus. The ISLLC Standards
